We've had numerous customers ask us to build a napkin printing machine.  Following a full year in development, Malahide is delighted to welcome the E4-napkin to our permanent line. 

Designed to suit the needs of the wedding and hospitality industries, the E4-Napkin feeds beverage and luncheon napkins at speeds of around 2,500 pieces per hour.  Fully automatic, the system employs a hybrid electric / pneumatic suction feeder, teamed to Malahide's well-known E4 print engine.

Fully guarded, we've built-into the feeder a self-adjusting quality that deals with the variability in the way a stack of napkins presents itself to the machine.  Of note, two of these machines can be run by one good operator = productivity gains.
